Center for Educational Leadership and HR Services

Center for Educational Leadership
Programs and Services 2018 – 2019

The most essential job of educational leaders is to effectively support their own growth as well as that of other administrators and teachers by ensuring consistent participation in simulating and relevant professional development aimed at continuous improvement.

The Center for Educational Leadership (CEL) has grown substantially during the past several years and has provided programs, services and customized offerings to over 800 school leaders and 200 various school personnel from 144 school districts. In an effort to continue to respond to the needs of school leaders in the Hudson Valley region, CEL relies on direct feedback from participants as well as regional surveys and program evaluations. The CEL Leadership Advisory Committee, a representative group of school leaders informed by this feedback, is instrumental in helping to identify and shape future offerings.

CEL prides itself on providing high quality, professional development as well as training programs and services that are cutting-edge. These programs, which are led by national, state and regional consultants as well as successful practitioners, are economical and anchored in the current realities of school leadership. We are excited about the wide variety of CEL’s upcoming program offerings some of which include online formats.

We welcome several of our outstanding presenters back by popular demand as well as several new trainers to our team. To view a complete listing of our presenters and their biographies click:

Please review our brochure to identify offerings of interest to you and register on My Learning Plan at your earliest convenience. Participants may obtain CTLE hours for their attendance at sessions. As always, if we can further enrich or customize professional development for your leadership team, please feel free to contact us.
