College credit and tuition awards are available to Tech Center students who complete a prescribed program of study and attain sufficient levels of success equivalent to that school’s accepted standards. Transferable credit is also available with minimal course registration fees at several colleges. The information below lists current articulation agreements with maximum credit to be awarded for the 2009-2010 school year. Please note that additional articulation agreements are currently under review and may be added to this list. Course Description

Repairing, restoring, and rebuilding damaged auto bodies – from a fender-bender to a major mishap – is what this course is all about. You will learn the techniques of complete auto collision repair: sheet-metal work and frame repair, painting and refinishing, exterior and interior trim and glass, mechanical and electrical adjustment and repair. You will also practice the art of customizing, which is an increasingly popular aspect of the trade, as well as learn how to estimate repair costs and manage your own repair shop.
