Intensive Day Treatment (IDT)

IDT includes educational staff from Putnam/Northern Westchester BOCES and clinical staff from Rockland Children’s Psychiatric Center.  It provides short-term intensive clinical intervention in an educational setting for middle and high school age students in acute crisis at home and/or at school.  The Program aims to help the adolescent make important changes in a short time and to facilitate transition back to the local school.
