Curriculum and Instructional Services

Support for teachers and administrators in dealing with changes in curriculum and instruction, graduation requirements, and state standards are a big part of what the Curriculum and Instructional Services department does. A myriad of training opportunities are offered in areas such as data analysis, differentiated instruction, and core academic subjects. A standards-based elementary science curriculum and staff development service, along with a professional library and copy center are also available to districts.

Many student programs are offered through this department in the areas of arts education, writing, outdoor education, leadership, and problem solving. An alternative high school and a summer school fill specific niches for student help.
