Baking and pastry arts is a one-year culinary class that focuses on the baking industry. This class is a senior option for students who would like to expand their knowledge of the baking field. Students will learn the science behind baking and the basics of the trade as well as how to decorate cakes, work with chocolate, and even develop their own wedding cakes.
