Substitute Recruitment/Training

Seminars to recruit and train a new pool of interested, competent substitute teachers are held each year. Training is aimed at first-time substitutes as well as individuals hoping to re-enter the field of education and substitutes seeking to brush up on instructional and behavior management skills. At the end of the session SubFinder districts receive a directory of available substitutes who have completed the course.
