Cooperative Bidding

 

PNW BOCES Cooperative Bidding Service helps participating school districts meet their purchasing needs in a cost-effective manner by researching vendors, managing specifications and conducting IFBs, RFPs and RFQs for participating district supplies and services. The service provides competitive prices for a wide range of items such as office supplies, health supplies, and auto replacement parts. By bidding their required needs on a cooperative basis, the participating school districts will be able to save time and labor. In addition, Cooperative Bidding could provide a greater number of competitive bids solicited and received.
