Staff Development & Training
The Human Resources and Administrative Services Department develops and coordinates a variety of workshops, courses, and programs that are of benefit to all staff. A New Employee Orientation Program, benefits workshops, employee tours, as well as Mentor/Teacher Intern Program are designed for new employees. Two Superintendent's Conference Days are typically scheduled each year, one in the fall and one in the spring, to provide staff with professional development opportunities.
